These terms apply when you buy from Lovelands Honey or use this website. Please read them before placing an order.
About Us
Lovelands Honey is a family beekeeping business at Lovelands Farm, Belchamp St Paul, on the Suffolk and Essex border. You can contact us at lovelandsbeeline@gmail.com or on 07941 669278.
Placing an Order
When you place an order you are offering to buy from us. A contract is formed once we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, not when you receive an order acknowledgement.
We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if there has been an obvious pricing error. If we decline, we refund you in full.
Prices and Payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the product page. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on our prices.
Delivery is charged in addition and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Some items are made to order rather than sold at a fixed price. Gift baskets and bespoke orders are priced individually, so please get in touch and we will quote before anything is made.
Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Collection from the farm can be arranged if you would prefer, by agreement in advance.
We aim to dispatch within the timescale shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by circumstances outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancelling and Returning
Your right to cancel, and how to return something, is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Our Products
Honey is a natural product. Colour, texture and flavour vary between batches and through the season, and raw honey will crystallise over time. That is normal and is not a fault. Standing the jar in warm water will soften it again.
Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months old. This is standard advice for all honey, raw or otherwise, because of the risk of infant botulism.
If you have a food allergy, please check with us before ordering. Our products are prepared in a kitchen that also handles other foods.
Photographs on this site are there to show you what you are buying, but packaging and presentation may vary slightly.
Bee Experiences and Presentations
Bookings for bee experiences and presentations are arranged directly with us and are confirmed in writing. Dates depend on the weather and on the condition of the colonies, so we may need to rearrange a visit at short notice. If we do, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
Our Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
