  • Seeing how bees communicate, forage, and produce honey

  • A gift from the hive

Our experiences can be purchased for individuals, small groups, corporate entertainment or employees. Please get in touch to discuss what we can provide.

We shall supply you with a professional beekeeping suit and gloves.

Whatever the weather

Hands-On Alternatives

If the weather doesn’t always allow us to safely open a beehive or you decide that meeting the bees up close isn’t for you, don’t worry. We have some wonderful hands-on alternatives for you to choose:

  • Honey Extraction Experience

Uncap a frame of honey and spin the honey from the comb using our extractor. You’ll fill your own jar of fresh honey to take home.

  • Beeswax Candle Making

Create your own beautiful beeswax candle to take home as a lasting reminder of your visit.

These alternative activities offer a fascinating insight into the world of beekeeping and ensure you’ll still enjoy a memorable and interactive experience, whatever the weather.

What Our Customers Say

We had such a lovely experience with Lovelands Honey when they came to visit our home education group. The children really enjoyed learning through the presentation. The honeycomb tasting was a real highlight for both children and adults. The session was finished off with children rolling a beeswax candle to take home. Everything was engaging, hands-on and pitched perfectly for the group. Thank you for a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend to other groups.
